Experienced Japanese CDP Chef Required

Experienced Japanese CDP Chef required for a fine dining restaurant Minimum 5 years experience in a 5 star or fine dining restaurant. Must have full knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
Must be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with the role, which include food preparation, hygiene, cooking, and working with seafood to produce high-quality Japanese dishes.

Qualifications:
• Experience in food preparation, hygiene, and cooking.
• Proficient in working with seafood to create high-quality Japanese dishes
• Culinary skills and knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Experience working in a high-end restaurant or sushi bar is preferred.
• Certification in Sushi Making or Culinary Arts is a plus.
