Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Officer (SMO) specializing in Emergency Medicine to oversee clinical operations, patient care, and medical team management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, expertise in emergency procedures, and a commitment to quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide expert emergency medical care, including diagnosing and treating patients.
✅ Supervise and mentor junior doctors, nurses, and medical personnel.
✅ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control, and patient safety
protocols.
✅ Oversee clinical training programs, orientation, and professional development.
✅ Implement and maintain quality assurance programs and medical standards.
✅ Collaborate with management on budgeting, resource allocation, and policy development.
✅ Support emergency preparedness and response planning.
✅ Maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


???? Education: Postgraduate degree in Emergency Medicine (MD, MS, DNB, or equivalent).
????‍⚕️ Experience: Minimum 5 years in Emergency Medicine or a related field.
???? Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support)
✅ Saudi Council for Health Specialties (SCFHS) certification is mandatory.
???? Preferred: Experience in remote site emergency care.
