WEB DESIGNER

Mobile App Design:
Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our iOS and Android mobile applications.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that align with our brand identity.
Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and refine design concepts based on feedback.
Ensure consistency in design across different platforms and devices.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app design.
Website Design:
Create engaging, responsive, and aesthetically pleasing website designs that enhance the user experience.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Design web interfaces that are optimized for different devices and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across the website and mobile applications.
Implement user-centered design principles to improve the usability and accessibility of the website.
User Experience (UX) Design:
Develop user personas, journey maps, and conduct usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create prototypes and mockups to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the user experience of both mobile apps and the website.
Work with the development team to ensure that UX designs are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
Advocate for the user’s needs throughout the design and development process.
Collaboration & Agile Development:
Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to deliver high-quality designs on time.
Contribute to the overall product strategy and vision by providing design insights and recommendations.
Communicate design rationale and decisions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app and website designs.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar software.
Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Knowledge of mobile and web design best practices, including responsive design and accessibility standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in designing for the tourism or travel industry.
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and development.
Understanding of user research methodologies and data analysis.
Knowledge of animation and motion design principles.
Experience with creating and maintaining design systems.
