As a Real Estate Agent, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on property purchases, sales, and rentals.
Conduct property viewings and open houses.

Negotiate offers and agreements between buyers, sellers, and landlords.
Monitor market trends and advise clients on investment opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and superior client service.
Manage property listings, marketing efforts, and documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate, with a solid understanding of property transactions and market dynamics.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Strong ability to build trust and exceed client expectations.
Familiarity with local property regulations and market trends.
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
