Job Description

As a Sales Executive at HYDUR, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing relationships with businesses (B2B) to promote and sell our line of diffusers and scenting products. You will focus on generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive market. Must have previous experience working for a diffuser company in a B2B sales environment.
Applicant should be fluent in English and Arabic (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B customers, including retailers, wellness centers, spas, hotels, and other commercial establishments.
• Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Product Presentations: Conduct in-person or virtual product presentations, demonstrating the benefits and features of our diffusers and related products.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and new industry developments to tailor sales strategies effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback, insights, and contribute to product development.
• CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage accounts, forecast sales, and report on performance metrics.
• Order Management: Ensure the smooth processing of orders from start to finish, including follow-up and customer service support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the home wellness, lifestyle, or related industry.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building lasting business relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales deals effectively.
• Passion for fragrance products, home fragrances, and creating positive customer experiences.
• Valid driver’s license and Own Car.
• Arabic and English Speaking Must is a must.
