Job Title: Franchise Manager(EUROPEAN NATIONAL)
Job Summary:
The Franchise Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive plan to
franchise a successful business with unique USPs. This role involves understanding markets,
identifying opportunities, and selecting the right franchisees to represent our brand. The manager
will ensure the franchise process is implemented effectively, oversee its progression, manage
projects, and grow the department by building a capable team. Understanding how to market the
concept, deliver professional presentations, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Franchisee Support & Relationship Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact between the franchisor and franchisees.
o Offer ongoing support to franchisees by providing advice, addressing concerns,
and helping solve operational issues.
o Ensure franchisees are aligned with the brand’s vision, goals, and operational
standards.
o Conduct regular Communication to franchise locations to evaluate performance
and provide guidance on improvements.
2. Training and Development:
o Coordinate and facilitate initial and ongoing training for franchisees and their
staff.
o Ensure franchisees are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and
knowledge to operate the franchise successfully.
o Monitor franchisee compliance with training programs and operational
procedures.
3. Operations & Performance Monitoring:
o Monitor franchise operations to ensure compliance with brand standards, policies,
and procedures.
o Conduct periodic assessments of franchise performance, including financial
results, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
o Help franchisees identify opportunities for cost reductions, process improvements,
and revenue growth.
o Analyze financial data, including sales, expenses, and profitability, and work with
franchisees to develop action plans for improvement.
4. Marketing & Sales Support:
o Collaborate with franchisees on local marketing strategies, promotions, and
events to drive traffic and sales.
o Ensure franchisees are following the franchisor’s marketing guidelines and
utilizing available marketing materials and resources.
o Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and help franchisees adjust as
needed.
5. Compliance & Legal:
o Ensure franchisees comply with all legal, regulatory, and brand-specific
requirements.
o Assist with the enforcement of franchise agreements and resolve any disputes or
conflicts.
o Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide
relevant guidance to franchisees.
6. Sales and Business Development:
o Work with the business development team to identify and recruit potential new
franchisees.
o Assist in the onboarding process of new franchisees, providing them with support
as they launch their locations.
o Help franchisees expand and grow their businesses within their markets.
7. Reporting & Documentation:
o Prepare regular reports for senior management on franchise performance,
challenges, and opportunities.
o Maintain accurate records of franchisee interactions, agreements, and financial
data.
o Ensure franchisee compliance with reporting requirements and timelines.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in franchise management, operations
management, or a similar field.
• Skills:
o Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
o Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
o Deep understanding of franchise operations, industry regulations, and financial
management.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and franchise management software.
• Other Qualifications:
o Ability to travel regularly to meet franchisees and assess franchise locations.
o A strong sense of business acumen and a customer-focused mindset.
Work Environment:
• The role typically requires a mix of office-based work and travel to franchise locations.
This position may involve extended hours and weekend work, especially during
franchisee openings, training, or site assessments.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: Competitive base salary (10,000-15,000 AED) with performance-based
incentives or bonuses.
