Job Summary:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and providing technical solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel fabrication, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel fabrication industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of Dxbart's products and services.
Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to inform strategic planning.
Qualifications:

Strong technical knowledge of steel fabrication processes and materials.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
