Job Description
Ticketing Staff are responsible for selling, issuing, and managing tickets for various events, transportation services, or attractions. Their duties include assisting customers with ticket purchases, providing information about schedules, prices, and availability, and handling payments (cash, credit, or digital). They may also be responsible for maintaining ticketing systems, ensuring the correct processing of transactions, and addressing customer inquiries or issues. In some cases, ticketing staff may assist with checking tickets at entry points. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of the ticketing system are important in this role.
Monthly Salary: 2500 - 3200 AED
