Job Summary:
The Plumber and RO Plant Operator is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems for swimming pools and ensuring the efficient operation of the Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant. This dual role includes diagnosing and fixing plumbing issues, monitoring water treatment systems, and ensuring optimal water quality for swimming pools.

Key Responsibilities:

Plumbing Responsibilities:
Installation and Repair:

Install and maintain plumbing systems for swimming pools, including pipes, pumps, and valves.
Repair leaks, blockages, and damaged components in pool plumbing systems.
System Testing:

Conduct pressure tests to ensure plumbing systems are functioning correctly.
Check for and resolve any water circulation issues.
Maintenance:

Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.
Replace worn-out or defective parts to avoid system failures.
Troubleshooting:

Diagnose plumbing issues and propose effective solutions.
Collaborate with other technicians to resolve complex problems.
RO Plant Operation Responsibilities:
Operation:

Operate and monitor the Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant to ensure efficient performance.
Adjust operational parameters to maintain optimal water quality.
Maintenance:

Conduct routine maintenance of RO plant components, including membranes, filters, and pumps.
Clean and replace filters as required.
Water Quality Monitoring:

Test water quality parameters, such as pH, TDS, and chlorine levels, and ensure they meet standards.
Address deviations in water quality by making necessary adjustments.
Record Keeping:

Maintain logs of operational data, maintenance activities, and water quality tests.
Report issues or irregularities to the supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in plumbing or water treatment preferred.
2+ years of experience in plumbing and/or RO plant operation.
Knowledge of swimming pool plumbing systems and water treatment processes.
Familiarity with RO plant operation and maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
