Specifications: Primary Function: Project Execution Management, Accountability and Responsibility. Duties In general, the duty is to undertake all necessary actions and work to fulfill the scope to the full satisfaction of Project Execution Management as EPC. In particular the duties for the aforementioned position include but not limited: In compliance with the general rules and procedures of THE COMPANYS, in particular also with respect to the Code of Ethics Interface and Liaise with O & OE and Stake Holders Ensure Safety, Quality and Progress meeting Milestones and Targets Risk Management and Control HR Management and Control Budget Management and Control Progress Monitor, Target Setting and Corrective actions Critical Path Analyses and corrective actions 3 x week Look Ahead Project Plan Daily SITRAP to Project Manager Weekly Project Progress meeting with Project Manager Weekly Reports to Project Manager Bi-weekly sub-contractor Progress meetings Monthly Project Review meetings with Client Monthly Reports to Project Manager Material management and preservation Maintain updated procedures and method statements for Emergency, Security and safety.
