Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager / Supervisor to manage and oversee the repair, maintenance, and operation of heavy and light equipment in our plant. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader to contribute to the efficiency and performance of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily workshop activities, ensuring high-quality maintenance and repair of equipment.
Coordinate schedules for regular inspections, servicing, and emergency repairs.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
Oversee inventory, tools, and spare parts to ensure availability when needed.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies within the workshop.
Train, mentor, and manage the workshop team for improved performance.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, servicing, and equipment history.
