Maintenance Supervisor (Bahraini National)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in building maintenance, demolition, team leadership, and property operations. Exceptional communication skills in Arabic and English are essential, and proficiency in Hindi will be considered an additional advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure efficient and timely execution of maintenance tasks and projects.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of construction, demolition, and general building maintenance practices.
• Manage property rental processes, including effective tenant communication and issue resolution.
• Provide innovative solutions and contribute strategic ideas to enhance the Real Estate & Property Management Department.
• Make quick, informed decisions to resolve maintenance and operational challenges.
• Lead and motivate a maintenance team to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
• Bahraini nationality is mandatory.
• Proven track record of experience in building maintenance and managing teams.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (Hindi is a valuable addition).
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and relevant property management or maintenance software.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to building maintenance.
