Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Housekeeping Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas while supervising and mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, guide, and support the housekeeping team to ensure all tasks are performed to the highest standard.
• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained.
• Inspect the work of other housekeeping staff to ensure all cleaning standards are met and provide feedback or training as needed.
• Report and address any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns in guest rooms and public areas.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders when necessary.
• Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or special housekeeping services in a timely manner.
• Train and mentor new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and health & safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a housekeeping attendant, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train team members.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
