Sales Person Specialized In Coffee Machines

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesman (male or female) to join our team, specializing in coffee machines and related accessories. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell coffee machines and accessories to customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide in-depth product knowledge and demonstrations to educate customers on the features and benefits of various coffee machines and accessories.
Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their requirements and preferences.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and engaging store environment.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and effectively.
Participate in promotional events and activities to boost sales and brand awareness.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the coffee or kitchen appliance industry.
Passion for coffee and knowledge of coffee machines and accessories is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD180.000 - BD220.000 per month
