A leading restaurant is looking to hire an accounts manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
2. Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
3. Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
4. Spot error and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
5. Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant.
6. Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
7. Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.
8. Participate in financial standards setting process.
9. Direct, assign and review staff's work.
10. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control.
Requirements and Skills:
1. Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, Chief or Senior Accountant in Hotel or Restaurant field in Bahrain.
2. BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant.
3. 5+ years experience in restaurant field as a senior accountant.
