Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate day-to-day operational and logistical activities to ensure smooth workflow.
* Manage the planning, scheduling, and dispatching of materials and equipment to project sites.
* Collaborate with procurement and project teams to meet delivery timelines.
* Monitor inventory levels and oversee the movement of goods and resources.
* Maintain accurate records of shipments, materials, and operational data.
* Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transport providers to ensure timely service.
* Assist in developing and implementing process improvements in logistics and operations.
* Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards in all activities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
* Proven experience in operations or logistics coordination.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
