We are seeking a Filipina Secretary to provide professional and efficient administrative support across various aspects of the company. This role involves handling responsibilities related to daily office operations, coordinating with external organizations (such as the Philippine Embassy), and supporting the team in delivering quality services to our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities :Office Administration:
Organize and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for senior management.
Prepare reports, draft correspondence, and manage the company's filing systems.

Embassy and Government Liaison:
Act as a representative of the company for tasks related to the Philippine Embassy and other government organizations.
Handle documentation, certifications, and other formalities required for Filipino employees.
Facilitate communication between the company, embassy officials, and Filipino workers to address any issues or requirements.
Employee Support & Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Filipino employees regarding administrative matters.
Provide guidance and assistance to new hires, particularly those requiring help with visa processing, documentation.
Organize and assist in employee welfare activities, meetings, and orientation sessions. Requirements:
Nationality: Filipina (Preference given to candidates currently residing in Bahrain).
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in office administration is a plus.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Filipino languages is an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
