1. Branding
Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to enhance brand identity and visibility.
Ensure consistent branding across all marketing and communication channels.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Monitor competitor branding activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Corporate Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Represent the company in industry events, networking meets, and corporate forums.
Act as the liaison between the company and external agencies for collaborations and sponsorships.
Foster partnerships that align with the company’s strategic goals.
3. Online Marketing
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of the company’s website and online platforms.
Analyze digital campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and incorporate innovative techniques.
4. Offline Marketing
Design and execute offline marketing campaigns, including print media, events, and exhibitions.
Organize and manage trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
Develop local marketing strategies tailored to specific regions and audiences.
Manage production and distribution of offline marketing materials.
5. Business Development
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for market penetration.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends.
Develop and pitch proposals to potential clients and partners.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
6. Team Management
Lead and manage the marketing team including remote team, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
Set goals, provide guidance, and evaluate team performance regularly.
Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and productivity.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
7. Reporting and Analysis
Prepare regular reports on marketing and business development performance.
