Personal Assistant
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing executive schedules and priorities? We're seeking a proactive and efficient Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for the CEO. Should be well-organized and be comfortable working with the CEO's daily errands. This individual should be able to draft documents, create effective PowerPoint presentation and assist the CEO with any necessary meeting preparations.
Duties
Calendar management for CEO
Prepare all materials needed for meeting
Respond to calls and emails on the CEO's behalf
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for the CEO
Create engaging content and professionally manage the social media account
Provide administrative support and ensure confidentiality
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
With experience in marketing and social media management.
Excellent in preparing PowerPoint presentation.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
With own car
Preferably Bahraini
