We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment while handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest/Visitor Reception: Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Phone Management: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take and relay messages accurately.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments, meetings, and room bookings; coordinate schedules for team members.
Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Correspondence Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Customer Inquiries: Provide information to clients and visitors about company services, policies, and procedures.
Maintaining Front Desk Area: Keep the reception area tidy and organized, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and logs of visitors, appointments, and other relevant information.
Team Collaboration: Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
