Job Description:

As a Junior Hair Stylist, you will assist senior stylists and perform various hair services while continuing to develop your skills and expertise. You will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to maintaining the salon’s high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist senior stylists with haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Perform basic haircuts, blowouts, and styling under supervision.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a positive salon experience.
• Keep up to date with hair trends and techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:
• Cosmetology license (required).
• At least two years of previous salon experience
• Strong communication skills and a passion for hair styling.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the beauty industry.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented spirit.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
