We are looking for an Executive Assistant – CEO Office (Female Candidates Only) locally.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any other related course.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar secretarial or administrative support role, supporting senior executives
Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of clerical and secretarial principles.
• Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• In-depth understanding of office administration
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks and documentation processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• To Provide wide range of support services & initiatives for CEO Office.
• Adept in Technology, perform data entry, manage team calendars, and create company reports.
• Responsible and Key contact for CEO Office & to Maintain relationships between the CEO, the executives and the employees.
• Coordinate and respond to all requests of internal & external CEO Office & Meetings.
• Recommend, process and make decisions as an administrative assistant, involving research, communications, correspondence, and office management.
• Collecting data on Customers, competitors, marketplace and consolidating information into actionable reports and presentations.
• Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective preferences by Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and technical methods.
• Interpret data, market research, database & formulate reports and recommendations.
• Provide competitive analysis, market offerings, identify market trends, business models, sales and methods of operation.
• Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices.
• Strategic initiatives develop, oversee and help implement programs and projects that support company's vision, short and long-term plans.
• Planning and directing organization's strategic and long-range goals. Conduct organizational reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and to evaluate operational effectiveness.
• Set priorities, focus on resources, strengthen operations, ensure employees and other stakeholders are working towards common goals, establish outcomes, assess and adjust.
• Budgeting and forecasting for internal and external initiatives.
• Maintaining an efficient work environment.
• Operate and maintain technology, products & solutions.
• Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assigned by the division head.
