Qualifications:
- Diploma/Engineering in Production/Mechanical,
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent English language skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Maintain high standards of quality and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively to meet production goals and provide training to them.
- Implement and monitor production schedules, adjusting as necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing correction action to minimize downtime.
- Ensure workplace safety by enforcing compliance with safety protocols and regulations
