Operations Executive

Department/Section : CAR CARE SERVICES- KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA
Job Title/Position : Operations Executive
Reporting to : Country Manager, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA



1 Run the day to day operations of all car care branches
2 Evaluate the performance of staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees and guide underperforming ones
3 Comply with Health & Safety regulations and procedures, ensuring appropriate disposal of environmental wastes
4 Introduce new service menus in workshop with the support of Management and Principal guidance
5 Ensure staff compliance with Quality standards
6 Achieving sales targets
7 Implementation of SOP at car care services
8 Oversee training of an effective service team
9 Overview inventory procurements and evaluate periodic stock audit and suggest rectification process
10 Managing day to day operations with principals
11 Managing pricing, campaigns and marketing activities.
