Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Finished Vehicle Yard & Parts Warehouse
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage operations in our Finished Vehicle Yard and Parts Warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating transport activities, overseeing inventory, and ensuring smooth communication with vendors and clients. This role requires fluency in Arabic, proficiency in MS Office, and strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Transport Coordination:
o Manage the scheduling and dispatch of vehicles with transporters.
o Ensure proper documentation for all vehicle movements, including VIN tracking.
o Address and resolve issues related to transport delays or vehicle damages.
2. Finished Vehicle Yard Operations:
o Maintain accurate vehicle inventory and location tracking within the yard.
o Conduct periodic inspections and assist in preparing vehicles for dispatch.
o Coordinate with teams to ensure yard operations meet safety and quality standards.
3. Parts Warehouse Operations:
o Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts, maintaining accurate inventory records.
o Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of parts orders.
o Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking or adjustments as needed.
4. Customer and Vendor Communication:
o Serve as the point of contact for inquiries related to vehicle and parts availability and delivery timelines.
o Communicate effectively in Arabic to coordinate with local vendors and clients.
o Ensure high-quality service and prompt resolution of concerns.
5. Administrative and Reporting Tasks:
o Prepare and maintain accurate records using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
o Generate regular operational reports and provide updates to supervisors.
6. Problem-Solving and Multitasking:
o Manage multiple responsibilities across vehicle yard and warehouse operations.
o Address operational challenges and escalate critical issues as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
Level of education: At least a graduate
Languages: English and Arabic
MS office: Average to Expert in Excel, PowerPoint word etc.
Experienced: Minimum 2 years in a similar role with clean exit record.
Work flexibility: Should be able to work in rosters
Key attributes: Fast learner, ability to take leads and work without supervision.
