Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in archival management.
• Strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Native Arabic speaker with proficiency in English.
• Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Paralegal certification or experience.
• Experience working in a law firm or legal department.
• Knowledge of document imaging and electronic records management systems.
