We are looking for HR ADMINISTRATOR
Requirments: Who Knows
HR-Related Tasks:
1. Employee Management
2. HR Document Preparations
3. Coordination and compliance with engineers and stores, while adhering to LMRA and GOSI requirements, and staying updated on changing policies.
4. Budgeting and Financial Tasks such as HR budget preparation, entitlement tables, provision calculations, and settlement calculations.
5. Administrative Work: CPR renewals, visa processes, passport and RP updates, engineering card renewals etc.
Insurance:
1. Policy Management – Renewals, additions, deletions, claims, and general inquiries for medical and property insurance.
2. KYC Documentation for insurance-related accounts.
Payroll Activities:
1. Attendance Monitoring.
2. Document Verification – Cross-checking payroll-related documentation.
3. Payroll processing
