Job Post: Secretary/Clerk
Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Secretary/Clerk for a contractor position supporting Saudi Aramco. The individual will be assigned and integrated into the Saudi Aramco staff team, responsible for handling documentation, filing systems, and administrative tasks for a large-scale project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide secretarial support to the Saudi Aramco team.
• Efficiently manage and organize documentation and filing systems for the project.
• Ensure proper distribution of official submittals to various Saudi Aramco departments.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all project-related documents.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, scheduling, and handling correspondence.
• Ensure all documentation is in compliance with project requirements and standards.
Qualifications:
• Experience in Saudi Aramco
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Secretary/Clerk, preferably in large-scale projects.
• Proven experience in filing, documentation, and administrative support.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 70-80 words per minute.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must be a resident of the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
