Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

## III. Job Responsibilities
1. **Crane Operation**: Skillfully, safely and precisely operate the 60-ton crane to complete various lifting tasks. Ensure that the process of hoisting goods is smooth and error-free, and strictly follow the relevant operating procedures for each lifting operation.
2. **Equipment Inspection and Maintenance**: Conduct a comprehensive and meticulous inspection of the crane before each shift, including but not limited to the operation status of mechanical components, the hydraulic system, ropes, hooks and other key parts. Timely detect and report any potential equipment failure risks, and cooperate with relevant maintenance personnel to carry out the daily maintenance work of the equipment to ensure that the crane is always in good working condition.
3. **On-site Collaboration**: Closely cooperate with other on-site workers, such as signalmen and stevedores. Follow the on-site command and dispatch instructions to ensure that the entire construction process is carried out efficiently and orderly. Remain highly vigilant about the on-site safety situation, actively participate in on-site safety management work, and abide by all the rules and regulations on the construction site.

## IV. Qualification Requirements
1. **Professional Skills**:
- Hold a valid crane operation-related qualification certificate, possess rich practical operation experience with 60-ton cranes, and be familiar with various performance parameters and operation points of the crane.
- Be able to proficiently handle lifting operations under various complex working conditions, have excellent spatial perception ability and the ability to judge the weight and center of gravity of the hoisted objects, ensuring that the lifting operations are completed safely and accurately.
2. **Sense of Responsibility**:
- Be conscientious and meticulous in every lifting task, have a strong safety awareness, strictly abide by the operating procedures, and eliminate any behavior of violating regulations to ensure the safety of oneself, surrounding personnel and equipment.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility for the crane equipment, do a good job in daily inspection and maintenance work, and promptly report and actively assist in solving any problems found.

## V. Salary and Benefits
1. **Basic Salary**: The monthly salary is 6,500 SAR (Saudi Riyals).
2. **Working Hours and Overtime Pay**: The normal working hours are 10 hours per day, with a cumulative 260 hours per month. For the part exceeding the normal working hours, overtime pay will be provided according to relevant regulations to ensure that employees' labor efforts are fairly compensated.
3. **Welfare Provisions**: The company provides free accommodation and meals, enabling employees to feel at home even when they are in a foreign land and allowing them to focus on their work without any worries.
4. **Salary Payment**: The salary for the first month will be withheld and then paid regularly at the end of the second month and every month thereafter.
