Urgent Hiring for a leading company in Dammam looking for a dynamic experienced IT Software, assistant Manager.

7 to 10 years experience (experience can go up to 12 years, but not more than that), involved in software sales with territory knowledge of Saudi and Riyadh, currently based in Riyadh, Arabic speaking is must. Good communication and ability to generate leads through market research, networking.
Salary range: SR 18,000 – 30,000

Age: Between 25 - 35 yrs.
1. The candidate should be a BE / B Tech / MBA with 6 - 10 years of relevant experience.
2. Researches and understands the client’s industry. Deeply
understands client business strategies and challenges.
3. Demonstrable experience in consultative, solution selling and business development skills to align the client’s business needs with software solutions.
4. Deep territory knowledge and a proven history of exceeding IT consulting sales quotas through strategic selling skills.
5. Engage in consultative selling efforts requiring a clear understanding of the client’s business, the opportunity and how ERP solution(s) effectively address it.
6. Participate as a team player across sales, sales operations, finance,
legal and professional services teams to meet customer’s expectations.
7. Good written and oral communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
8. Experience in of IT software Consulting Services is required. Knowledge of Oracle products are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for generating sales through various channels like meeting up corporates, institutional clients etc. Good knowledge of industry and products will be beneficial for generating new sales and existing clients by providing them with proper suitable solutions. This role require candidate with knowledge of products of Oracle ERP, Database Administrator, Business Intelligence, Hyperion. Maintaining strong client relationship would be crucial for the success of the business. This role will be required to prepare quotations, proposals, and tendering, service offers and will be responsible to reply for the customers enquires. Identify any areas for improving the marketing and communication of the KCS brand. Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures, and policies are met at all times. Understand all customer requirements and devise the suitable solution in coordination with the relevant Functional or Technical team. The ideal candidate would have 6 to 10 years of experience in IT Services sales in KSA.
