We are looking for a dynamic Admin Clerk to join our team at the Abqaiq Aramco Project. The ideal candidate should have a pleasing personality, excellent communication skills in English, and be proficient in MS Office. This role requires an individual who can manage administrative tasks efficiently and is ready to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the project team.
Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, redirecting as necessary.
Organize and maintain office filing systems (both digital and physical).
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating internal communications.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and basic financial record-keeping.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and maintained.
Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate personnel or department.
Assist with other administrative duties as required by the project manager.
Requirements:
Pleasing personality with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to join immediately.
Candidates from the Eastern Region (Dammam, Khobar, Abqaiq, Alhasa, Jubail) preferred, as face-to-face interviews with Aramco will be conducted.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: SAR 3,500 + SAR 500
