Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized office receptionist to manage the daily operations of our reception area and provide exceptional service to our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, managing communications, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

Job description
Greeting clients and creating the daily visitor sheet
Not allowing strangers to enter the office
Answering the calls and creating the Daily Calls Sheet
Sending emails and replying to emails
Contacting the email and ensure that the emails are received
Ensuring that the office is clean and arranged, especially the reception area
Receiving complaints and resolving them in coordination with the manager
Reporting malfunctions of the maintenance in the building in the coordination with the manager
Scanning, photocopying and printing if documents
Updating the floor plan
Updating the CR and Signage of the offices
Making schedule of the meeting room
Making schedule for each client regarding the number of hours used in the meeting room
Keeping copies of keys of all offices in an organized way and easy research
Posting adds in daily basis
Assisting Ministry entities like LMRA, MOIC personnel
