Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain hardware devices at various client locations.
Set up and manage network cabling, ensuring proper routing and connectivity between devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, and connectivity issues for clients.
Ensure the smooth installation and integration of new hardware and software systems.
Collaborate with clients and the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.
Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on IT systems at client sites.
Provide technical support and training to client staff on basic IT operations.
Maintain clear and up-to-date records of hardware and system installations.
Manage and maintain IT equipment inventory across multiple client locations.
Follow established best practices for safety, quality, and security when handling equipment.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Diploma - CCNA Microsoft Azur plus
Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role.
Strong expertise in hardware installation and network cabling.
Practical experience with network devices such as routers, switches, and basic firewall setups.
Proficient in troubleshooting IT hardware, software, and networking issues. CCTV
Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
